You may just have absolutely no desire to spend your evening turning all of that information into an Xactimate estimate.
That’s where I come in.
I provide outsourced Xactimate estimating and documentation services for contractors who want to spend more time running projects and less time sitting behind a computer building line items.
You provide the scope, measurements, photos, reports, and project documentation. I take that information and turn it into a clear, detailed Xactimate estimate that you can use as part of your project documentation.

• Xactimate estimate writing
• Roofing and restoration estimates
• Roof sketches
• Estimates built from contractor-provided measurements, photos, reports, scopes, and documentation
• Multi-room and multi-trade estimates
• Complex roofing estimates
• Large-loss and total-loss estimate preparation
• Detailed line-item organization and documentation
Simply put: you determine the work. I document it in Xactimate.
Best for straightforward projects with a clearly defined scope.
Includes:
• Basic Xactimate itemization• Simple roof estimate• Uncomplicated roof sketch• Estimate prepared from your supplied measurements, scope, photos, or roof report
Starting at $75 per estimate
For projects involving more moving pieces, additional rooms, trades, or more complicated roofing geometry.
Includes:
• Multi-room estimates• Multi-trade estimates• Complex roofing estimates• More detailed Xactimate itemization and organization• Estimates requiring additional scope documentation
Starting at $125 per estimate
For larger projects requiring substantial estimating and documentation.
Examples include:
• Large residential losses• Extensive restoration projects• Whole-home or substantial multi-room losses• Large multi-trade scopes• Total-loss estimating
Starting at $325
Final pricing is based on the size, complexity, number of trades, documentation provided, and amount of estimating required.
I came to Xactimate after more than 20 years working in the insurance industry.
That experience does not mean I am acting as an adjuster or providing insurance services through this service. It means I have spent two decades reading estimates, policies, forms, reports, construction descriptions, and insurance documentation.
I understand how important wording, organization, sequencing, quantities, line-item selection, and documentation can be when an estimate needs to clearly explain the work being performed.
My insurance background helps me write clearer estimates.
This service is intentionally limited to Xactimate estimating and project documentation.
I do not hold myself out as a claims adjuster or public adjuster through this service, and I do not provide claims representation.
I do not:
• Determine insurance coverage
• Interpret an insurance policy for the property owner
• Adjust an insurance claim
• Negotiate with an insurance carrier
• Negotiate claim settlements
• Represent an insured in a claim
• Determine whether an insurer should pay for an item
• Advocate for coverage or claim payment
• Inspect property to determine insured damage
The contractor remains responsible for the project scope, measurements, documentation, pricing decisions, customer relationship, and any communication regarding an insurance claim.
My job is the paperwork side:
You tell me what you are doing. I build the Xactimate estimate.
We'd love to hear from you. Whether you're exploring new possibilities, have a question, or simply want to connect, don't hesitate to get in touch.
